We consult with you on the scheme and its individual elements and gain your approval to proceed, having made any changes you may have requested.

Your scheme is then implemented, together with any tools and training necessary for its administration in-house. A pivotal part of this is to work with you in explaining and ‘marketing’ the scheme to your employees in the most effective way to gain their confidence and trust that it will work in their best interest.

We then manage your scheme on an ongoing basis, taking any unnecessary and time-consuming tasks off your hands. An essential part of this ongoing process is to ensure that your employees continue to appreciate and value the contribution made by the company, and you continue to benefit from the scheme’s real added value.

As an integral part of your staff benefits scheme, employees can enjoy 24/7, password-controlled online access to their package including a 'total rewards statement' summary screen and details of their benefits. The facility also provides secure access to human resources information such as holiday allowance and career development. This facility is hosted by Company Rapport in association with Staffcare, an internet-based software application, but carries your company branding.
