We consult with you on the scheme and its individual elements and gain your approval to proceed, having made any changes you may have requested.

Your scheme is then implemented, together with any tools and training necessary for its administration in-house. A pivotal part of this is to work with you in explaining and ‘marketing’ the scheme to your employees in the most effective way to gain their confidence and trust that it will work in their best interest.

The facility also provides secure access to human resources information such as holiday allowance and career development. This facility is hosted by Company Rapport in association with Staffcare, an internet-based software application, but carries your company branding.
