Jeremy Martell - Consultant

Jeremy has been one of the leading IFAs in the country for many years now. He has in his portfolio many successful business people along with clients from the world of music and film. Joining Elliot Bayley in 1987, he became a director in 1992 and, after a successful sale in 2003, worked with Aegon’s new IFA brand Origen until late 2007 when he formed Fulcrum Financial Services. Jeremy is father of three girls.

Joe Swanson - Head of Corporate Benefits

In financial services since 1996, Joe has worked for some of the world’s largest and most respected financial institutions. He has the unusual ability to apply big company professionalism whilst retaining the immediacy and flexibility bestowed by smaller organisations, and also applying focus and simplicity to an often bewildering subject. Joe’s enviable knowledge of pensions, combined with advanced presentation and marketing skills, have assisted clients in many industry sectors.

Matthew Russell - Consultant

After graduating in 1998, Matthew began his career in financial services. In 1999 he moved to Elliott Bayley and shortly after began working closely with Jeremy. He is a co-founder of Fulcrum Financial Services Limited and has been integral in its growth and the subsequent setup of the Rapport group of companies. Matthew is father of two young children.
